Aimersoft Zune Media Converter FAQ

What does DRM stand for?

DRM is an acronym for Digital Rights Management or Digital Restrictions Management, a broad term used to describe a number of techniques for restricting the free use and transfer of digital content. DRM is used in a number of media, but is most commonly found in video and music files.

The case for DRM is that without a strong system in place to ensure only paying consumers can access media, piracy will run rampant and cut drastically into profits for producers and distributors. With declining sales, so the argument goes, creative input will also drop and the overall quality of media produced will decline.

What is your DRM removal program’s system requirement?

This program requires the system to be configured with the following equipments as a minimum:

  • Windows NT4/2000/2003/XP and Windows Vista
  • 750MHz Intel or AMD CPU
  • disk space 100 MB or more
  • 256 MB or above
  • I got an Error message when I tried to convert a DRM protected file

Can the file be played fine in media player? If not, please tell us what error message you get. Actually, if the file even can’t be played, then our program can not convert it also.

Is it legal to use your program to convert DRM protected file?

All our programs are designed for non-commercial and individual entertainment purpose. Also, if you even do not have a license of the DRM protected file, our program is not able to convert it. Once you use our program, it means that you agree this policy and will only use our program for non-commercial and individual entertainment purpose.

I have received a confirmation email for my purchase. But where is my unlock key?

We are very sorry that you still have not received your registration email.

In theory, once your order is valid, our system will automatically send you a registration E-mail. However, you did not receive it on time, perhaps it has been tagged as a SPAM or it’s because of the delay of Internet or system glitches.

Anyway, also I think there may be something wrong with our registration code delivery system and caused so much inconvenience to you. I have forwarded this issue to my co-worker related and I think they will check it carefully. We do apologize for the inconvenience we put you through.

I just manually resent a registration E-mail to you; please check your E-mail inbox again and here below is the registration code as a matter of convenience for further reference.
